Foot Reflexology - June 19, 20, 21 & 22, 2017 – Mon-Thurs – 9am-6pm

The entire body and all its parts are represented on an anatomical ‘reflexology’ body map on the feet. Stimulating specific reflexology points with finger pressure helps the body focus on its corresponding areas, encouraging circulation, hormone regulation, toxin removal, relaxation, and overall balance. Foot reflexology is a well-established healing modality that continues to grow in popularity, and is gaining more recognition by health insurance providers in Canada.



200 hour Foot Reflexology Professional Certification:

35 hours class instruction

130 hours practicum (65 practicum sessions: 6 people X 10 sessions, + 5 self-sessions with record keeping)

15 hours independent assignments

20 hours home study/exam preparation

Exam (to be scheduled within one year of class instruction modules)



Theory and History of Reflexology, Foot Assessment and Anatomy, Essential Anatomy and Physiology, Reflex Charts and Reflex Routine by Body System, Therapeutic Treatment Strategies for Common Conditions, Pain Control, Contraindications and Toxin Release, Practicum and Health Record Guidelines, Professionalism, Legalities and Building a Clientele.

RAC membership following certification is pre-approved; optional membership through several reflexology and holistic health associations, a list of which is provided in class.


Textbook/workbook: provided.

Pre-requisite: none.


Certificate Awarded: Following class instruction: Certificate of Attendance attesting to 35 hours of training;

following full course requirements: Professional Certificate attesting to 200 hours of training


Format/Tuition: 4 days, $995

Cancellation policy

$100 non refundable deposit required to secure registration.  If ASR must cancel course due to unforseen circumstances deposit will be refunded.

The Atlantic School of Reflexology was founded by Jennifer Johnson in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada in 1999 to educate and ensure the safe and effective practice of reflexology and other holistic modalities by healthcare providers. The schools focus is to see graduates add value to their current health services offered, or to gain certification in order to offer professional bodywork to clients in their own private practice setting.
